Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally and postage ranges from $2-$13 depending on the location. We would also like to highlight that customers outside Australia are responsible for any custom charges or taxes issued by their country. 

How long will it take for my products to arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days and as soon as you receive your confirmation email, standard shipping takes 4-9 business days. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@remeie.com. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. However, if we have shipped the order, charges will apply.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
Your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority. However, unless the product is damaged/faulty/incorrect, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event that you qualify for a refund/exchange, please send us a picture and notify us immediately at hello@remeie.com upon delivery. 

We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


How long will my refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we’ll process the refund within 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 3-5 days to credit the funds to your original method of payment.
